What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. We offer digital gift cards that can be purchased on our website. They make the perfect gift and can be used to purchase any item on our site. Our gift cards are available in $100, $250 and $500 denominations.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at info@wearenomadi.com with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

What does free returns & exchanges mean?

We will issue a return label once your return request has been reviewed and approved by our team. This is only eligible for exchanges and store credits, not refunds.

Can I return a ring if it doesn’t fit?

Yes. If your ring doesn’t fit, we’re happy to offer one free exchange for a different size or product of equal value.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

We stand by the quality of our pieces. If something is wrong, email us with clear photos and we’ll make it right - whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.

How long do exchanges take to process?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for your exchange or store credit to be processed.

Do you accept returns on discounted or made-to-order pieces?

Unfortunately, no. Due to the personalised nature of custom and made-to-order pieces, these are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Earrings are also not eligible for an exchange or return due to hygiene regulations.

SHIPPING

What is the processing time for orders?

All orders are processed within 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@wearenomadi.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.

What if I receive the wrong item or something is missing?

We take great care in packing orders. If something isn’t right, please let us know at info@wearenomadi.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Can you adjust my declared value so I don't have to pay international taxes?

The short answer is 'Sorry, no.' We are required to declare the full retail value of our packages. While we understand this may result in additional charges from your local government upon delivery, we cannot alter the declared value without risking substantial fines or potential country-wide restrictions.

How do I care for my NOMADI pieces?

When you first receive your NOMADI pieces, they will arrive bright and shiny. Over time, with regular wear and exposure to water, they will develop a beautiful matte finish that we believe only enhances their character. If you prefer to maintain their original shine, use the NOMADI polishing cloth provided. A quick polish every few weeks or months will keep your NOMADI pieces looking pristine.

Any other specific tips and tricks?

(1) Avoid contact with chemicals, fragrances, and lotions. (2) Take it off before applying skincare or jumping into a chlorinated pool. (3) Store in a dry place, preferably in your NOMADI pouch. (4) Use the NOMADI polishing cloth provided to maintain shine when needed.

Can I wear my jewelry in water?

Absolutely, however we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes to prolong its life.

Your hands shrink when exposed to cooler temperatures, so be cautious that your rings don't go missing while in the surf.

Will the cuffs fit my wrist?

All our cuffs are malleable to fit most wrist sizes. Detailed sizing information is available on each product page.

Are your products Sterling Silver?

Yes. All products are made from sterling silver (925) offering superior strength, shine and longevity - ensuring each piece is a premium creation that lasts a lifetime.

What other materials do you use?

Our collections are predominantly premium sterling silver (925) but we also work with ethically sourced gemstones and natural freshwater pearls.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

What kind of warranty do you offer?

Every piece is covered by our 12-month craftsmanship guarantee, plus access to our lifetime repair service.

What does the 12-month craftsmanship guarantee cover?

It covers any manufacturing faults - like loose settings, faulty clasps, poor soldering, or excessive tarnishing. It doesn’t cover wear and tear, oxidation, or accidental damage.

Can I get my piece repaired after the warranty ends?

Sure thing. We offer a lifetime repair service. You’ll just pay a fair repair fee plus shipping. We cover re-plating, polishing, reshaping, resizing (on select rings), and more.

What’s not covered under warranty?

We don’t cover lost or stolen items, incorrect sizing (unless we sent the wrong one), scratches from wear, or damage from misuse. However, we’ll always do our best to offer support or a fair solution.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Just email us at info@wearenomadi.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description of what happened. Our team will assess it and let you know the next steps.

Do I need to send the piece back?

Yes. Once your claim is approved, we’ll send return instructions. If it qualifies for a repair or replacement, we’ll take care of it promptly and keep you updated along the way.
