This policy applies to all purchases made through the We Are Nomadi website operated by We Are Nomadi Pty Ltd (ABN - 81678856383). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

 

(2.) Consumer Rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our Returns and Refunds Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product you purchased is defective, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL. This may include a replacement, repair or refund.

 

(3.) No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully before making a purchase.

 

(4.) Return Eligibility for Faulty Goods

To be eligible for a return due to a faulty item, the product must be defective or damaged upon receipt. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide; (1) A description of the fault, (2) Photographic evidence, and (3) Your order number.

 

(5.) Returning Faulty Goods

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items. Upon receipt and inspection, if the item is deemed faulty, we will offer you a replacement, repair or refund.

 

(6.) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty; (1) Sale or clearance items, (2) Custom-made or personalised items, and (3) Gift cards.

 

(7.) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable time frame.

 

(8.) International Returns

For international orders, the process for returning faulty items remains the same. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during the return process will be the responsibility of the customer.
